tikhesapla is a set of calculators that started in Turkish and now includes a small number of general-purpose tools in English. Each calculator does one job, updates as you type and explains the formula underneath.
How the calculators are built
- Formulas come from the official source where one exists, such as the U.S. Department of Labor for overtime.
- Every formula has automated tests with worked examples before it is published.
- Calculations run with full precision and are rounded only for display, to two decimal places for money.
- When a rule changes, the calculator and the "last updated" date on its page change with it.
What the results are for
Results are estimates for planning and checking your own numbers. They are not legal, tax, financial or medical advice. For pay disputes, contracts or official filings, rely on your employer's records and the relevant authority.

The numbers and dates you enter are processed in your browser and are never sent to our servers.
